These days a lot of people talk about mindfulness but not everyone understands exactly what mindfulness is and how we can use it for our own peace of mind, well-being, and success in life. ​Without some gentle guidance and simple tools, we can find ourselves caught up in negative dialogue - believing things that don’t matter or aren’t even real.  Sometimes we can let our mind fool us.

I have been there, and almost gave up on mindfulness as a solution.  Fortunately, I found what works.  â€‹â€‹You can achieve innumerable benefits with organized guidance in Mindfulness training.  Let me guide you.  When you join my Master Your Mind one-on-one mentoring program, I’ll share with you simple things you can do every day to embrace a positive life and well-being.

Over the 3 parts of this 1-on-1 program you will receive:

  • 3 sessions of private coaching at your residence or office
    • ​I know you have other obligations and need time to practice between sessions - we will spread sessions out over 8 weeks. 
    • Alternatively, you can choose to attend the 3 sessions over 3 consecutive weeks
    • Learn at your convenience.  I really want you to get it!  â€‹

  • 90 minutes for the first session
    • ​30 minutes of discussion to help me understand your obstacles in life and your objective for the attending this program; 
    • 60 minutes of Mindfulness Yoga to connect with your body and feel the power of the mind over the body.

  • 60 minutes of walking meditation on the 2nd session
    • Walking?! Yes! The simpler the physical action, the stronger the training is for the mind!  A great opportunity to tame the wild mind, especially for those people who fear sitting crossed-legged for meditation.

  • 60minutes of sitting meditation on the 3rd session. 
    • Now here comes the challenge, some say the sweet part.  Time to face that giant inside you.
​​​
All 3 sessions are guided, with time allocated for explanation of techniques as well as actual practice.  I will observe your practice and provide clarification on what and how to adjust.

​
Don't learn blindly; learn systematically if you want to see results.
​​​
  • Using your practice as examples, you will learn how the theory behind how your thoughts becomes strong emotions and keeps circling your life and filling up the space of your mind, and importantly, how do you handle them so you gain sensibility and joy of your life.​
​
  • Open Questions & Answers section in every session to assess if you are on the right track.  This is almost the most important segment of the program. Together we'll work to clarify your misconceptions.​​

Bonus 1Class notes so you can go home and go on business trips and practice independently.

Bonus 2: Additional 30 minutes coaching time for session 2 and 3, each session will become 90 minutes.  You will get more opportunity to practice and clarify your learning points.

Bonus 3: A meditation audio recording to help you kick-start your practice, and on those days when you needed that extra boost from my vocal guidance.

  • Immediate Application, because this program synthesizes simple-to-learn skills you will pick up easily, integrate into your daily life immediately and thus feel results.

  • If you are not ready to commit to a sustained practice and dive deeply into mind management.  Master Your Mind is for beginners, so if you are seeking something more in-depth, I strongly recommend you consider my signature 8-week program "Live to Shine".

  • If you are currently suffering from any form of clinically diagnosed mental illness - depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, or other health concern.  Then Master Your Mind program is NOT suitable for you at this time.

Instead, I recommend you consider my signature program "Live to Shine."   This program is more directly pointed toward at helping you overcome such physical and mental challenges.
